In 2018, I was practicing in a successful clinic, while also juggling LIFE. I started having symptoms that seemed common for most women my age. I thought my exhaustion was from being a busy mom, my bloating was because I was "almost 40" (which is when my own mother started with gut issues), and my insomnia was because I had a never-ending list of "To-Do's".
Little did I know, that my body was shutting down, and I was getting sick. In late 2018, I was diagnosed with cancer, and finally realized that something HAD to change if I wanted to recover fully + heal.
I got to work. Over the course of the next year, I tapped back into my undergrad degree which focused on Body Movement + Nutrition. I put into practice what I learned all those years ago, and I slowly got better. My energy came back, my "lactose intolerance" disappeared, and I was sleeping through the night again.

This is perhaps the BEST part of the Challenge. Each week, you'll have access to all the information you need for that week's habit. Depending on how you learn best, I've included short videos (most are between 5-10 minutes), a daily email, and written workbook lessons that you can get through in bite sized chunks of time. Each email can be read in less than 5 minutes. So 5 min, plus the daily habit tracker is really all you need!
I included the 4 week meal plan to support you in week's 3 + 4, where we make some dietary adjustments. You do not have to follow the meal plan at all! You will be provided with the information needed to make the nutrition shifts for weeks 3 + 4 without using the meal plan. However, for those who need to take the guess work out of meals, this is perfect for you. The meals are easy to follow and simple to prepare.
This is a nutrition challenge, not a workout challenge. Having said that, I have included some workout resources for you to try during the challenge. I do feel that taking a daily 30 minute walk can do wonders for your body, EVEN IF you are not a gym rat, or have no idea what to do. It's your challenge, so feel free to take it to whatever level you choose!
This program is focused on nutritional habits, not strict rules or eating plans. So it doesn't matter if you are vegan, keto, paleo, vegetarian, or have no diet structure at all, the habits work for everyone - whether you're a beginner or more advanced.
